The harvest 2016

We began the harvest on 21st May, early this year to try to avoid the frost that usually come in July. Instead the frosts came early and damaged a few olives but we got away with it on the whole. 

The crop is quite good and has produced a good amount of great tasting oil.

Soon we'll have some bottled up and ready to go on sale. As soon as the lab has tested it we will get it out on the market.
